Marion K. Parsons
Marion Kathleen Parsons is an accomplished family law attorney with nearly 15 years of experience. She earned her Juris Doctor (JD) from Wake Forest University School of Law and sat for the North Carolina Bar in July of 2010. A glutton for punishment, she then sat for the Oregon Bar in February 2011. She is licensed to practice in both North Carolina, Oregon, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of North Carolina as well as in the Eastern Band of Cherokee Tribal Court.
During her time at Wake Forest University School of Law, Ms. Parsons was a member of the American Association of Justice (“AAJ”) Trial Team, where she focused on expert examination and partnered with Wake Baptist for training. After graduation, she continued to share her knowledge and skills by co-coaching her own trial team.
While Ms. Parsons practices in all family law areas, her focus is complex custody cases and the intersection of abuse allegations, child protective services, and child custody. She has served as a parent defense attorney for almost her entire career and has also represented the Department of Social Services.

Meagan Green
Meagan Green joins our firm as an Associate Attorney, bringing a unique blend of legal expertise and social work experience to her practice. A Western North Carolina native, Ms. Green has deep roots in the community she now serves.
Prior to pursuing her legal career, Ms. Green worked for several years in Buncombe County, where she developed a profound understanding of the region’s specific needs and challenges.
Ms. Green earned her Juris Doctor from Regent University School of Law, complementing her Master’s degree in Social Work. Upon graduating, Ms. Green was admitted to practice in North Carolina. This distinctive educational background gives her a holistic perspective on legal matters, allowing her to address both the legal and human dimensions of each case. Ms. Green looks forward to approaching each case with compassionate advocacy and practical solutions.

Ryan Anderson
Ryan Anderson is an experienced paralegal with a distinctive background in fine arts and
unique personal interests that inform his professional approach.
Mr. Anderson holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the prestigious Savannah College of Art and Design. This formal training in creative disciplines has provided him with exceptional attention to detail and innovative problem-solving capabilities that complement his legal expertise.
As a paralegal, Mr. Anderson specializes in detailed document preparation, case organization, and providing comprehensive support to the Parsons Law team. His artistic background enables him to present complex legal information in clear, accessible formats that benefit both colleagues and clients.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Mr. Anderson maintains a balanced lifestyle through his dedication to music, particularly the guitar. Additionally, he has developed expertise in arachnid handling and care, specifically focusing on scorpions—a pursuit that demonstrates his patience, precision, and methodical approach to challenging situations.

Willie B. Lewis
An Asheville native, Willie B. Lewis is proud to have been raised in the gem that is Western North Carolina. While he finished his Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies at South College, Willie initially interned with Parsons Law. Since then, Willie has continued to work in both family and real estate law. Having re-joined the team at Parsons Law, Willie is looking forward to continuing to provide excellent client experiences. If Willie is in the office, he will make sure people are smiling.
Outside of the office, Willie enjoys spending time with his wife and his son, traveling to new places, and catching local live music events.

Odin Parsons
Odin Parsons joins our team as Parsons Law’s mascot, bringing a vigilant spirit, unwavering loyalty, and a keen nose for unattended food items. Odin has quickly established himself as a trusted presence around the office and a beloved member of the team.
Before taking on his current role, Odin spent his early years patrolling neighborhood parks, eating any and all inanimate objects, and perfecting his alert bark. His experience in territory management and visitor screening has translated seamlessly to office life, where he remains ever-watchful for anyone opening a snack drawer.
Odin holds an honorary Doctorate in advanced Growl Technology, Squirrel Awareness, and Bumper Removal. His warm demeanor and enthusiastic tail wags contribute to a positive workplace culture, while his unflinching snack surveillance ensures no treat goes unaccounted for.
